How we track progress

A test every week, not just at exam time.

Every student sits a short subject test each week, so a gap is caught in days rather than at the half-yearly. Monthly tests, two unit tests and the half-yearly and annual examinations build on it through the year, and progress is discussed with families at parent–teacher meetings.

Is Stepping Stone Surajkund an ICSE or CBSE school?

Surajkund is affiliated to CISCE (school code UP255, registered as Stepping Stone Children Academy). Students sit the ICSE examination in Class X and ISC in Class XII. It is the ICSE campus of Stepping Stone in Gorakhpur; the other three campuses follow CBSE.
